Team members from both the University of Sydney (William, Bryan and Andrew) and the University of New South Wales (Nima) attended the 26th Australian Conference on Microscopy and Microanalysis (ACMM26) between the 16 – 20 February 2020. Held at the National Convention Centre in Canberra, the meeting provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our current research to a national, and international audience.
The 3D Additive team made a significant contribution to the program, presenting in 4 separate platform sessions. Their talks were well received and covered recent developments in our research of additively manufactured Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel-738.
Overall, the team thoroughly enjoyed the conference. Alongside platform and post sessions, the team took the opportunity to network with other leading research groups.
